* Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following open business day.

STANDARD SHIPPING AND PROCESSING SCHEDULE

CANADA + UNITED STATES

ORDER PROCESSING, CANCELLATION & CHANGES:

All Orders take 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process within our facility, this is our standard processing time for any orders placed during weekdays, however during promotions orders may take an additional time to process.

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

US, US TERRITORIES, ALASKA, AND HAWAII ORDERS:

All continental US packages are shipped by our chosen carriers, Purolater and UPS. Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days) and Priority Mail Express (1-2 Business Days) are shipped via USPS. For Next Day Air it is shipped via UPS. Note, Next Day Shipping Service requires a signature for release. Standard shipping options are delivered by UPS.

ULash is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. If you are concerned that your package may be lost or damaged please contact ULash.ca within 7 days from the last scanned date. All issues must be resolved within 14 business days of original contact.
